Terms of Use
These are the terms and conditions which apply to all purchases of products from So Lippy via this website.

Pricing & Availability
All product prices shown include VAT at the current UK rate and are exclusive of delivery. Most of our items show the So Lippy price compared against the RRP. This refers to the UK Recommended Retail Price which is the price the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or the price that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when the order is despatched. We have included this clause to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Authenticity
We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% authentic that we sell online or in our retail shop.
Product Images
We make every effort to ensure our pictures are up to date but please note that all our pictures are for illustration purposes only. Occasionally the packaging the product comes in may have changed the packaging or the picture may be of a different size of the same product. Please do read the product description carefully as this will describe to you what the correct item is you are ordering. Sometimes we have have a standard image whilst waiting to upload the picture associated to the product description.
Delivery
If you would like your item sent to a different address then the billing address then please add this to the comments box and we will do this for you. The invoice will be sent to the billing address to ensure the card holder is happy to proceed with the order. With our Express delivery service this can only be used for same billing/delivery address and all payment cleared.
The delivery charges shown on the website are for UK mainland and Europe only. All items sent within the UK will be processed the day you order and will be sent by RM 48hr Tracked delivery, or Parcel Force for heavier items. Items will be delivered within 2 – 9 working days, however, please allow up to 28 days incase of any unexpected delays. If we are unable to provide an item we will contact you and advise you and offer an alternative .
Cancellation of Orders
Under the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days, starting the day after receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. This is your cooling off period. The item must be returned within 14 days, unused and in the condition as dispatched by us. We will not refund payments for cancelled goods which have been, used or damaged.
The return must be sent back to the address listed below and must be received back within 10 working days. Applicable refunds will then be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns
If you wish to return an item please telephone us first at the shop on 01372 727 577 . We will then ask you to fill out a returns form online or inshop. This form will just be confirming your name and address, payment method and reason for return. We will need you to sign this form for records. We will discuss how to return item on the telephone. All refunds will be issued back to the card payment was taken from via the secure payment processor Pay Point. All items must be protected using the original packaging and bubble wrap.
Lost Items
If an item has not arrive with you we have to allow the days that Royal Mail request. We will send you a disclaimer form to fill out and we will work quickly to get another item sent to you or a refund but all lost items have to be dealt within the time scales that Royal Mail work to.
Coupon Codes / Offers
Only one voucher may be used per transaction. If a free gift is being offered and stocks have gone then an alternative may be issued. Voucher Codes are only offered from being on our website, our twitter page, facebook back or companies we work with and not from external companies who we do not work with.
Free Prize Draw / Competition
We have a monthly prize draw on our home page or various competitions on our social media pages so please free to enter. Enter each month for a chance of winning. Payment
Payment can be made using any of the following methods
- Credit / Debit card
Pay securely by credit or debit card using our secure payment processor Pay360 / SECPay through Paypoint. - Cheque/Postal Order
Send a UK cheque or postal order to us. - Telephone Payment – You can telephone us during the shop hours to make payment over the phone up to the value of £50 otherwise the order has to be placed online via the secure payment processor
- Payment Link – We can arrange to send you a secure payment link for your order up to the value of £50 otherwise the order has to be placed online via the secure payment processor
If paying by card, you will be taken to an external site to securely enter your payment details. Once finished you will automatically be redirected back to So Lippy and the order will be completed.
All necessary information for sending cheques / Postal Orders will be given to you at the last stage of the order process. You will receive confirmation and updates by e-mail which containing this information.
